Ross co-founded Vermicrop Organics after selling his small chain of retail garden centers. At only 30 Ross has over 15 years of gardening experience with extensive knowledge in the indoor gardening segment. He is an entrepreneur and has started three successful companies. Ross's experience in owning retail garden shops gives him an understanding about what it takes to flourish in this industry and strives to produce products that bring success to both the gardener and the retail store. Ross knows the importance of the partnership between the manufacturer, retailer, gardener and the plant. He also understands that a gardener's successful harvest will determine the success of our products. Born in a small town outside of Nevada City, California, Ross has been around healthy gardens his whole life. "We grow our own," Ross will say. From peas to apples, Ross's family always grows thriving gardens and they enjoy the fruits of their labor all year round. Ross strongly believes that if you can grow it yourself you should; a garden is tranquil and brings a sort of peace to its keeper. Ross lives in Roseville, California with his daughter Mea and wife Kristina.
