Chris-
Thank you (and Vermicrop) for the generous donation to Davis Waldorf School. As per our previous conversation we at H.G.H. have been searching for community based projects. Vermicrops' willingness to sponsor community garden projects is unprecedented. There is already a buzz going about within the Davis Waldorf School. Several faculty members have approached our store asking about both General Organics and Vermicrop. In an industry such as ours that we too often see corporations that have little interest in lending a hand to a school or non-profit, Vermicrop and G.O. stand out as examples of what happens when good people make a good product, and do good deeds for the sake of doing it!
Spring is quickly approaching and we are looking forward to many new projects and customers. In anticipation for the upcoming season we are asking for your updated bulk pricing on soil and amendments. Some of our customers will be reusing soil from last year. Any suggestions you may have for us to up sell your brand would be useful. Your article "Preparing Your Out Door Garden Space in Winter" we found informative and is printed and posted in our store.
Thank you,
Robert Winiecki

So after brewing my first batch of tea, I cannot believe how easy it is. I am using it on a couple tomato plants that are fruiting in my office. I will send you some pics as soon as I get a little further along.
Thanks again for all of your support. I have attached a few pics of some of my larger tomato plants. It has been a great year! Let me know what you think.
I pick about 5 – 8 lbs of these every 3 days.
It was my best crop of tomatoes ever, and I have been gardening a long time.

To the folks at Vermicrop;
I just wanted to tell you all at Vermicrop 1st how great your product is, truly amazing organic tea. Secondly I would like to thank the
So-Cal rep, Dave Hammond, for his expertise on the products and organic gardening. I had the pleasure of meeting Dave at Bear Valley
Hydro and Brewing in Hesperia, Ca on August 27, at the store's 2nd annual consumer appreciation party. I was able to get some samples of
your dirt mixes and your new coco-pots, which I cannot wait to try. Again, thank you very much and keep up the great work!
Hey! We met your representative, Dave, at the Bear Valley Hydroponics and Home Brewing Customer Appreciation event today and
just wanted to say thanks for making such a great line of products!! We're part of that estranged group that decides to grow with Vegan products so we made the 70 mile
drive today to meet your rep and learn some more about Vermicrop Organics!!
Since everyone loves exposure, I thought I should send you a link to the post I did tonight about our day at the event:

Hi Gabrielle,
Thank you for the kind words, I just got back from a trip overseas and opened my email to such a pleasant letter to start my week.
Dave is a good friend and new Vermicrop rep for the Southern California area. He has been using our products for years,
is very passionate about organics and as you could tell very knowledgeable. We are lucky to have him on board and I’m excited to
pick him up in Sacramento tomorrow and get on the road with him.
That’s awesome you made a 70 mile trek to come see us at the event, that means a lot and furthers the theory that
good quality products bring good quality customers. I appreciate the post you wrote about Dave and our company, with more support
and positive exposure we will continue to grow and spread the message of organics.
If you ever need anything or have product questions related to Vermicrop or just wanna say hello contact Dave

Hello..
my name is John Wagner, I'm 48 years old and retired.
I've been growing indoors for almost thirty years.
I don't like to say I know every thing about growing indoors under h.i.d. lights but i do.. lol..
Four weeks ago I was turned on to vermi t by my hydro store here in Grass Valley, CA.
I remember saying to myself "Great, another magic product..." Every day someone is telling me about the next new thing that I won't be able to grow with out.
And in most cases its just another reinvented thing that is over priced and you never really see the difference by using it anyway.
But i must say "WOW" this really is liquid magic. I was able to see a dramatic difference in the first week in my veg room and
after three weeks of using it every week in all my rooms and now outdoors. I must say this vermi-t is the real deal..
this stuff is my new best Friend. I think I will be looking in to buying my own setup so I will never run out (like my hydro store runs out every day by noon)
so I would like to say thank you for such a fine product.
Now I do know every thing...
John,
Thank you for the fine words about VermiT. We are all very proud of the product and hard work that went into its development.
The founders of Vermicrop are born and raised in Grass Valley/Camptonville and created VermiT as a supplement to their gardens.
After years of trial and error experimentation they developed a microbial tea with diverse humic matters and the finest food sources all sourced locally
or from the best manufactures available. VermiT is the predecessor to Vermicrop Organics – the real-life success of that one product launched our company.
Once the VermiT system was refined for effectiveness and ease-of-use for gardeners and retail stores we started to develop our medium line.
It began with VermiBlend, our soil amendment/conditioner. After working determinedly to hand pick the humic matter used in VermiT it was a logical step
to make an amendment out of that foundation of ingredients. VermiBlend has been a great success for us locally and nationwide. It is an integral part
of the local organic farming movement gaining momentum the Sierra foot hills. VermiBlend is sold at nurseries and tree farms all over Northern California
and sold in hydro stores across America. With growing experience in the industry and our expanding knowledge on aerobic beneficial biology we felt confident
that we could create a premium soil.
VermiSoil bloomed from mixes we had been using in our won gardens over the last two decades. Our ‘rough draft’ was literally the soil we had been making
in our backyards (using many parts of the core ingredients in VermiT). As we did further research and testing we refined the mix to buffer the pH, to have
the correct amount of the right nutrients, good porosity and drainage yet enough water retention that it could handle 100 degree days on The Ridge.
Once we felt assured that we could produce this mix in great quantities while maintaining a consistency our gardeners could rely on we released VermiSoil.
VermiSoil is distributed throughout the US and is used in some of the larger gardens in Northern California. In preparation for the outdoor season
never bought bagged soil ourselves and neither did our neighbors so we knew we would have to offer the soil by the yard for big outdoor.
Since that decision thousands and thousands of yards have grown bountiful gardens and made many people very happy in our growing community.
The bagged product has been proven to have the same positive results growing indoors as well. Feeling good about our product development and success in the
soil gardening world we decided to enter the soilless side of our industry.
We have all grown indoors for many years as well, experimenting with different mediums from soil to coco to clay to rockwool. In the end we found comfort and
consistency growing indoors with coco coir and with soil. The soil product we used was obviously VermiSoil but we jumped around to find the least salty most
consistent coco and never found the perfect fit. That when we decided instead of going to the South Pacific to search for the ultimate source of non-salty coco
that maybe we could find a local alternative that was not coco. This is when CocoNot was conceived. Northern California has historically been known for
having the biggest, baddest trees in world, Redwoods. Now we were assigned the task of capitalizing on one of our natural resources without taking advantage
of the environment. Redwood farming had been a common practice for many years and in more contemporary times sustainable, commercial Redwood farms had started
to pop up. We source a byproduct of that industry – a specific layer of the Redwood bark. That layer of bark is processed into six different shapes and sizes,
rinsed, buffered and mixed with a healthy dose of food to get your starts going out of the gate. CocoNot is a great standalone indoor medium with no salts,
great porosity, a low carbon footprint from an American made product and also works well as a conditioner to lighten up heavy soils. Adding CocoNot to our
medium line completed its foundation. There is plenty of room for new mixes but the core of our line has been established.
What’s in the future for Vermicrop? We have many many ideas that are discussed for hours, days, weeks and years. Keep your eyes open in 2012,
we still have a couple tricks up our sleeve that will prove to you that there still are products needed in our industry and that no one will
ever know everything about growing (except you John, I think you may be there).
Thank you,
Will
